Package Your Gear
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
